The Super Snails 1949
The world-famous snail ride, open since 1949! The snail’s recently won bronze in the best historic ride in the UK!
Neptune’s Kingdom 1974
Derek will invite you for a ride in a seahorse as you venture in and around Neptune’s Kingdom in our classic dark ride experience.
The Major Orbit 1992
Take off into a space adventure on the orbit as you spin around and lift off into the unknown.
The Spook Express 2001
Once home to the ark and the space base, the Spook Express is now the centrepiece of Joyland! Take a ride if you dare!
The Tyrolean Tub Twist 1949
One of the last standing Virginia Reel’s in the world! This ride has also been here since the park first opened in 1949.
The Balloon Wheel 1999
A small Ferris wheel that gives excellent views over Joyland and the toon town mountain!
The Pirate Ship 1987
Climb aboard the pirate ship and swing up and down as you sail the high seas.
The Jet Cars 1974
Become a master at the wheel on the Joyland Jet Cars! Fun fact each car is named after a famous space ship.
The Skydiver 1995
Take the plunge on our junior skydiver, fly through the skies in this undercover classic. This ride replaced the magic carpet!
Some rides in Joyland have a height restriction of 110cm, however if someone is shorter than this they can still ride along with a paying adult.
